Where do we ship to? Pewtercole is a global store that ships products to almost any registered address in the world. To ensure the items reach you, the shipment will reach your door-front and an adult signature is required. In the event that nobody is present, your parcel will be sent to the nearest post office or apartment office awaiting your collection, with a note left in your letter box.
How many days do you expect to receive your ordered items? Pewtercole strive for excellence in service. We will process your order immediately upon receiving them. In the event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you via email about the delay. Our fine quality products at lower prices are usually in high demand and are hot sellers. Shipping would vary between 2-10 days depending on your region in the world.
Total delivery time = Order Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time (2-4 business days)
You are responsible to prepare means to receive your goods. It is best that you provide your day time telephone numbers when you inform us, which products you would like to purchase, so that our shipping vendors can contact you. In the event that no one is around when merchandize is delivered, a postcard will be dropped for you to collect the parcel from a nearby courier office.
Returns
Customer required to inform any damage of goods, within 7 days after received the shipment parcel. You may return your goods for a refund within seven days of receiving delivery. Goods must be in good condition and a receipt must be enclosed. It is understood that the customer is liable for postage costs for returns.
